The Board of Directors has set the date of October 16, 2018 for an Open Meeting. The meeting agenda will
be sent out prior to the meeting along with 2018 YTD Financials. The Board of Directors encourages all
Condo Owners and Residents to attend this meeting.

• Pending Lawsuit Status
